Refund policy

Not happy? Ask within 14 days of your first payment, and we refund it in full and end your subscription. We won’t ask why.

How to ask

Write to hello@officehoursonline.com from the email on your account, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Paddle, our reseller, sends the refund to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

The free week

We take no payment in your first 7 days. Your first payment is taken 7 days after you start; cancel before then (your account shows the date) and you pay nothing at all.

After the first 14 days

You can cancel any time in your account, and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. We don’t refund part-used months, unless the law where you live says we must, or we ended the service ourselves.
